Our plant is capable of:

Mechanical processing:
• band-saw cutting (Ø 160/200 mm)
• deep drilling (Ø 4-18 mm, length up to 800 mm)
• grinding (centerless grinding up to Ø 16mm, flat – with table measurements of 1000x300 mm, center-type up to Ø 40 mm length 700 mm)
• machining of parts with CNC lathes (Ø 65 mm through the hole, Ø 315 mm outside jaws, max. working length 600 mm)
• tracer turning (up to Ø 80 mm, length 500 mm)
• machining with universal lathes (up to Ø 40 mm)
• milling with horizontal and vertical milling machines (table measurements 800x300 mm)
• milling with CNC machining centers (machined area 700 x400 mm, precision up to 0.02 mm)
• horizontal honing with Sunnen machinery (Ø up to 30 mm, length to 450 mm)

Mechanical surface working:
• ceramic stone tumbling (vibratory deburring)
• shot peening
• hydro-abrasive treatment
Cold forming:
• cold pressing and press-cutting (eccentric presses with up to 100 metric tons capacity)
• round hammering with hammering machinery (Ø 40 mm, length 700 mm.)
Heat- and thermochemical treatment:
• fused salt quenching
• induction hardening
• carburizing, stress relieving
Surface passivation:
• parkerizing
Metal bonding:
• argon arc welding
• gas welding
• spot-welding

Electroplating:
• hard chroming
